When prying with a flat-up
screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply
protective tape around the related parts, to prevent
damage. |

Put on gloves to protect your

Tilt the steering column
down. |

After remove the cluster facia panel (A),
disconnecting the trip sensor connector (B).

3. |
After loosening the mounting screws, then
remove the cluster (A).

Installation is the reverse the

Facia Panel Replacement

Remove the facia panel (A).

Lower
Panel Replacement
1. |
Remove the crash pad side
cover. |
2. |
Remove the keyset
bezel. |
3. |
After loosening the crash pad lower panel
mounting screws, then remove the lower panel (A).

4. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, then
remove the reinforcing panel (A).

|
5. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Glove
Box Key Cylinder Replacment
1. |
Check the position of service hole (A) of
glove boy key cylinder.

|
2. |
Prepare a clip (B) and straighten its end
portion as shown in the right photo.

|
3. |
Insert the key into the key cylinder with
the key in the "unlock" position and then insert the clip (B) into
the service hole.

|
4. |
Pull out the key cylinder (C) using the
key.

|
5. |
Put a new key cylinder into the key cylinder
socket.
• |
It is possible to remove the key
cylinder only when the key is in the "unlock" position.
If the key is in the "lock" position, turn it into the
"unlock"
position. | | |
Glove
Box Replacement
1. |
Disconnect the damper (B) from the glove box
(A).

|
2. |
Remove the side damper (A) from the glove
box (B).

|
3. |
Disconnect the pin (A), then remove the
glove box (B).

|
4. |
After loosening the mounting screws and
bolts, then remove the glove box housing (A).

|
5. |
Disconnect the connector
(B). |
6. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Air
Vent Replacement
•

Pad Replacement

Remove the following items.

Remove the photo sensor
(B). |
3. |
Disconnect the passenger`s air bag connector
(A).
Loosen the bolts and nuts, then remove the
crash pad (C). |
4. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal.
• |
Make sure the crash pad fits
onto the guide pins
correctly. |
• |
Before tightening the bolts,
make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not
pinched. |
• |
Make sure the connectors are
plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected
properly. |
• |
Enter the anti- theft code for
the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station
presets. | |
