Disconnect evaporator temperature
sensor. |

Using the multi-tester, Measure resistance
between terminal "1" and "2" of evaporator temperature
sensor.

specification, substitute with a known-good evaporator temperature
sensor and check for proper
operation. |

If the problem is corrected, replace the
evaporator temperature sensor. |

Disconnect the negative (-) battery
terminal. |

Remove the extenser cover (A).

Disconnect the evaporator sensor connector
(A). |
4. |
Remove the evaporator temperature sensor
(B), by pulling it after rorating 90° in a counter clock wise
direction.

Take care that evaporator core pins
are not
bent. | |

Installation is the reverse order of
removal. | |
