1. |
Remove the rear driveshaft.
(Refer to DS Gr. - "Rear driveshaft assembly
removal") |
2. |
Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor
connector (A).

|
3. |
Remove the rear wheel speed sensor after
remove the hub assembly mounting bolts (B).
Tightening
torque :
78.5 ~ 88.3N.m (8.0 ~ 9.0kgf.m, 57.9 ~
65.1lb-ft)
| |
4. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal.
For 2WD rear wheel speed sensor is in
the hub
assembly. | |
1. |
Measure the output voltage between the
terminal of the wheel speed sensor and the body ground.
In order to protect the wheel speed
sensor, when measuring output voltage, a 100 Ω resister must
be used as shown. |

|
2. |
Compare the change of the output voltage of
the wheel speed sensor to the normal change of the output voltage as
shown below.

V_low : 0.44V ~ 0.63V
V_high : 0.885V ~ 1.26V
Frequency range : 1 ~
2,500Hz
