Secondary Seat (L/H)

Disconnect the seat assembly mounting cover
(L). |
| 2. |
Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the rear
seat assembly (K).

Installation is the reverse of
removal.

Set the seat into the floor
properly.
Unbind the connecting band between
the seat and slide buckle.
Tighten the bolt temporarily in
the order E→D→C. |

Set the seat into the most
rearward position. Assemble the H, I temporaily, then
tighten the J completely.
And tighten the H, I
completely. |

|
Tighten the bolt completely in the
order C→D→E.
Assemble the front cover of the
seat and buckle. Set the seat into the most rearward
position. |

|
Assemble the track cover of the
seat and buckle buckle check thant the seat operates
back and forth smoothly and the locking portion of seat
locks properly. And then set the seat into the most
rearward

Seat Back Cover Replacement
| 1. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the
seat cushion assembly (A).

| 2. |
Remove the armrest (A).
|
| 3. |
Using a screwdriver, remove the recliner lever
(A).
|
| 4. |
Remove the recliner cover (A).
|
| 5. |
Remove the seat back panel (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the recliner lever (A).
|
| 7. |
Remove the recliner cover (A).
|
| 8. |
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while
pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.
|
| 9. |
Disconnect the protector (A).
|
| 10. |
Remove the seat back cover (B).
|
| 11. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
| 1. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the
seat cushion assembly (A).

| 2. |
Disconnect the protector (A).
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip on the front of
seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).
|
| 4. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Frame Replacement
| 1. |
Remove the seat back
cover. |
| 2. |
Remove the seat cushion
cover. |
| 3. |
Loosen the recliner cable mounting nut
(A). |
| 4. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, then
disconnect the seat back frame and seat cushion frame.

| 5. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Secondary Seat (R/H)
| 1. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the
seat cushion assembly (A).
|
| 2. |
Remove the recliner cover (A).
|
| 3. |
Using a screwdriver, remove the recliner lever
(A).
|
| 4. |
Remove the seat back panel (A).
|
| 5. |
Disconnect the protector (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the headrest and headrest guide
(A).
|
| 7. |
Remove the recliner lever (A) and recliner
cover (B).
|
| 8. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip on the front of
seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).
|
| 9. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
| 1. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the
seat cushion assembly (A).

| 2. |
Disconnect the protector (A).
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip on the front of
seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).
|
| 4. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Frame Replacement
| 1. |
Remove the seat back
cover. |
| 2. |
Remove the seat cushion
cover. |
| 3. |
Loosen the recliner cable mounting
nut(A). |
| 4. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, then
disconnect the seat back frame and seat cushion frame .

Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Third Seat
| 1. |
Remove the extinguisher and
tool. |
| 2. |
Using a screwdriver(C), remove the cab
(A). |
| 3. |
After loosening the mounting screw, then
remove the luggage floor box (B).

| 4. |
Disconnect the seat mounting cover
(A). |
| 5. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, then
remove the seat assembly (B).
|
| 6. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Back Cover Replacement
| 1. |
Remove the third seat
assembly. |
| 2. |
Disconnect the cover (A), remove the hook
(B).
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the cab
(A). |
| 4. |
After loosening the mounting screw, then
remove the recliner lever cover (B).
|
| 5. |
Remove the seat back panel (A).
|
| 6. |
Disconnect the scuff band (A).
|
| 7. |
Pull out the headrest guides (A) while
pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.
|
| 8. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip on the front of
seat back, remove the seat back cover (A).
|
| 9. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
| 1. |
Remove the third seat
assembly. |
| 2. |
Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the seat
cushion (A).
|
| 3. |
Remove the recliner cover (A).
|
| 4. |
Disconnect the seat back (A) and seat cushion
(B).
|
| 5. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip (A) and scuff
band (B).
|
| 6. |
Disconnect the hog ring clip on the front of
seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).
|
| 7. |
Installation is the reverse of
removal. |
